DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
We use Australia Post Service for the majority of our deliveries. For oversized orders such as 1-piece cues, we may use couriers such as Aramex or Couriers Please.
If you would like to guarantee that your parcel is sent via Australia Post, please ensure you upgrade your delivery to our Express services.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email notification.

We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit that do not have insurance added.
If you opt for "Safe Drop" we take no responsibility for any missing packages.
RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
The majority of our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, our courier will leave a card including instructions of how to arrange the pick up or redelivery of you parcel.
