Description

The Walkabout Sheoak & Jarrah 2-piece cue with extension is a 57in cue with a butt of selected Australian sheoak and a jarrah splice. Walkabout design their cues locally and build them from Australian timbers rather than the imported ash and rosewood most of the market uses.

Sheoak carries a distinctive flecked figure and is dense enough to keep the balance toward the rear where English-style players want it, with the deep red jarrah splice running through it. The two-piece build breaks down for a case, and a 6in extension is supplied for shots that stretch beyond a comfortable bridge.

The cue itself is fine and I like it but the tip that it was supplied with is not good. It looks like some dropped it and by doing so pushed one side of the tip into the cue. Real pity as l like the feel of the cue. I'm thinking that the least you could do is send me a replacement tip so l can replace it.
